Discreet Shipping
Your order will arrive in a plain box or envelope with “Innov8 Solutions” as the sender.
Order Fulfillment Time
Orders ship within 1-2 business days after completion. Delivery time depends on shipping method, location, customs delays, etc.
U.S. Shipping Options
We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Trackable, insured options (UPS and FedEx) allow us to replace or refund orders if delivery is missed. USPS, UPS and DHL shipments are not insured; we are not liable for loss or damage with these carriers.
Worldwide Shipping
We ship internationally to over 250 countries. Buyers are responsible for local laws, customs, taxes, and duties. We offer Global Air Mail and FedEx International options, with FedEx being traceable and insured.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are based on the weight, size, and chosen method. The shipping charge will be calculated at checkout.
Multiple Shipments
Orders may ship from multiple warehouses. If so, you will receive separate tracking codes for each shipment at no extra shipping charge.
Overnight and Second-Day Shipping
For overnight or second-day orders:
• Orders placed before noon ET (Monday-Friday) ship the same day.
• Orders placed after noon ship the next business day.
• Orders placed after noon on Fridays ship the following Monday (or next business day).
We rely on our carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS) to deliver on time but cannot guarantee shipping times when carriers encounter delays.
Backorder Items
At In Bed with Kate, we strive to keep most items in stock to ensure swift delivery. However, on occasion, we may offer products that aren’t immediately available and may require 3-5 business days for shipment. The product page on our website will display availability information. For example, items ready for immediate shipment will show: Availability: In Stock Now! (when ordered before noon, Pacific Time).
Shipping Exclusions
We are unable to ship orders to prisons, schools, or churches. Our ordering system includes filters that prevent shipment to these locations. If your address is mistakenly filtered, please reach out to our Customer Service Team for assistance.
Undeliverable Packages
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missing apartment number, or the inability to deliver, we will notify you by email. If the delivery issue was due to an error on our end or by the carrier, you may choose between a replacement order or a full refund.
